Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions for 1-2-1 Sessions
1) These terms and conditions are an agreement between the trainer (Maddie Hart) and client(s). Payments will be taken for the trainer to provide personal training sessions on a one-to-one basis.
2) All payments for sessions must be paid in advance. If a payment has not been made before or at the start of a scheduled session, the session may be cancelled at the discretion of the trainer and subject to charge.
3) Payments for all sessions must be paid in full through our website prior to your booking.
4) All sessions must be booked in advance with reasonable notice (at least 24 hours). This is to allow time to arrange time slots and plan for your session/s.
5) If the client/s is unable to attend their booked session, the trainer (Maddie Hart) must be notified up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the session.
6) If the client/s does not notify the trainer (Maddie Hart) within 3 hours of the scheduled start time of the session that they are unable to make the session, they will charged the full price of the session (£48) and no refund offered.
7) Sessions can be rescheduled up to 3 hours before their scheduled start time.
8) Sessions can not be booked more than 28 days in advance.
9) If the client/s is unable to continue their training after payment for a session/s has been made, the session will be refunded via the original payment method. This is provided that the session has not been cancelled at short noticed as mentioned in (4).
10) If for any reason, the trainer (Maddie Hart) cannot compete a session or Mad Fit ceases trading, any purchased sessions will be refunded via the original payment method.
11) Clients are expected to be on time for their sessions. Any late arrivals will result in deduction from the overall session time.
12) Clients are expected to give full attention during training sessions. No phones are to be used (unless calls are urgent i.e. for emergencies/family or business use). The trainer will ensure that the session is carried out to the best of their ability and the same is expected from client.
13) If clients feel nausea at any time or need additional breaks (whether or not this is relating to a medical condition) then please notify the trainer.
14) Any medical conditions or disabilities are expected to be explained in full to the trainer and noted in the PAR-Q form (this will be completed at time of booking) so reasonable action/precautions may be taken.
15) These terms are to be read and understood by client in full and are a contractual agreement between client and trainer.
