Refund Policy - the basics

Refunds will not be issued for any sessions that have been cancelled within 3 hours of their original booking start time. 

Any sessions that are cancelled within 3 hours of the start time or missed will be charged at full price (£48). 

A refund can be issued for sessions that have been cancelled at least 3 hours before their due start time upon request.
