ABOUT ME
I was inspired to become a personal trainer and coach in 2022 after sustaining a skiing injury and finding the guidance of my own personal trainer to be the motivation I needed to see successful results in my recovery and progress. I believe that movement can help everyone, no matter what your ability level is, how much previous experience you have or what your goal is. It can help us physically and mentally on so many levels. Whether its focussing in on a specific goal, wanting to keep up with the kids or grandchildren or improving your health and fitness levels for you and your own longevity, health and fitness is for every body! It's just about finding the right fit!

I offer limited spaces for 1-2-1 training at a facility in Rochester. These sessions are ideal for anyone wanting to kickstart a journey in strength and resistance training, whether you have previous experience or not. ABOUT THE SESSIONS
I currently offer 1-2-1 sessions at Infinite Fitness on Cuxton Road in Rochester. I can help you with your strength and resistance training to push for a PB or to perfect your form, help you to rehabilitate after an injury or prehabilitate for a specific goal. I am passionate about mobility and making sure that exercises are performed to the best of a persons ability and adapted where needed for everyone to get the most out of strength and resistance training.

These sessions can be tailored to suit every body, no matter what your current activity levels are, what your training experience is or what your goal is. Every session is planned to suit you and to help you acheive your goals.

This will be a conversation over the phone where we can establish your goals, current activity levels and training experience. From this, I can tailor your sessions to suit you!

ABOUT THE FACILITY
I offer my 1-2-1 sessions at Infinite Fitness, Cuxton Road, Rochester.
We have wide range of equipment ideal for strength and resistance training including squat racks, barbells, dumbells and functional equipment such as kettlebells and sandbags, as well as rowing machines, ski ergs and assault bikes for your cardio fitness, so every aspect of your overall fitness can be catered for.
